9 STEPS TO BLURRY VISION
The choice of Eyesight Deterioration:
1. It begins with Good
Eyesight
2. At some point you experience
Visual Strain and/or Mental Stress
3. Eye strain and tense eye muscles
cause changes in the shape of the eye
4. This results in lowered
visual acuity
5. You don't know what to
do about it, so you visit an optometrist or eye
doctor
6. He or she measures the strain
in your eyes,and presumes
there is no way it will ever improve, so he prescribes
corrective lenses or stronger lenses
7. You are told you will have
to get used to the lenses
8. This results in more strained
vision habits,
so you return to item 2
above.
9. The result of this choice
is Poor Vision and a dependency on artificial lenses
to see.

The choice of Eyesight Improvement:
1. It begins with Poor
Eyesight and often a dependency on artificial lenses to
see
2. But there is desire for
knowledge to improve vision
3. You 'google' or research
Eyesight Improvement
4. You learn Better Vision
Habits and use your lenses less and/or get a reduced prescription
5. This reduces the visual
strain and/or mental stress
6. Which allows the eye muscles
to relax and the eye will gradually regain its natural shape.
7. Your eyesight improves
and your old lenses are now too strong for you
8. You continue better vision
habits,
so you return to item 4
above.
9. The result of this choice
is an ability to see clearly with your own eyes again.
