Few people are aware of the option of improving eyesight naturally.
All that most of us know is that when our eyesight deteriorates,
we can choose between either (stronger) glasses, contact lenses,
or becoming a guinea pig for the currently popular laser surgery industry.
However, in the 1920s, a prominent eye surgeon in New York
developed a safe and effective natural option:

The Bates Method of Natural Vision Improvement.

Now many people are rediscovering this wonderful method.
You can be next!
Come and explore natural ways of overcoming blurry vision.

"Visions of Joy" is brought to you by Esther Joy van der Werf.
Esther is a certified Natural Vision Educator (NVE)
and Optimal Breathing Development Specialist (OBDS).

My Vision is one of a world where people no longer turn to
the crutches of glasses when their eyesight first becomes blurry.
Instead, they examine the cause, learn and easily integrate the lesson,
release the dis-ease and tension, remind themselves of natural vision &
breathing habits, and happily continue their lives with clear vision...

Welcome to ...Visions of Joy!

Blurry vision is not a life sentence, nor is it a sign that there is something fundamentally 'wrong' with our eyes.  The blur is merely a signal to us that we are straining our eyes and that it's time to make a subtle yet significant change.

The natural approach to eyesight improvement has no negative side effects (actually it has many beneficial side effects!) and it happens to be the cheapest solution.  Also, in my humble opinion, it gives the best results,  (see the testimonials), it just takes a little understanding, along with some patience and persistence.

Visions of Joy's aim is to increase public awareness of the alternative to glasses, contact lenses or laser surgery.

Allow Visions of Joy to help you discover how you can improve your own eyesight.
Here you will be pointed in a new direction, whether your problem is nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), "middle-aged vision" (presbyopia), astigmatism, "cross-eye" (strabismus), "lazy eye" (amblyopia), floaters, or other vision challenges.
You'll find information on the Bates Method of vision improvement, as well as valuable guidance on natural breathing development.

Enjoy your path to clarity.
